Is it allowed to use any cavebot in ExtremeOT? Yes, we have bot injected to default client. We are not responsible for the scripts used and the consequence of using the cavebot, such as trap red skull and deaths.

I haven't found any staff members online and I have a question, what to do? As the project is small (but very serious) everyone has work outside the game. Then you can contact us via Discord group, email, server forum or Help Desk. We will serve you as soon as possible.

I liked the OT and would like to contribute, what can I do? There are no vacancies in the staff, but any financial contribution will be welcome. Submitted (and approved) sprite creation and maps are most welcome and will be rewarded in-game.

Are there any points sale offer? Active promotions will always be displayed in the banner on the home page, there is no other.

Can I exchange a VIP item picked up on the site? No, we do not exchange any items, DO NOT INSIST!

How often do events take place at ExtremeOT? We already have some automatic events that can be checked in the "Events" tab. Other events can happen manually, on commemorative dates or as the staff deems necessary.

How do I get a promotion for my vocation? You need to buy the promotion when you reach level 20 by typing /promote.

Why, even with bless, do I lose backpack when I die? This is a peculiarity of the old versions, where you lost items even with bless, not working in the current way of global Tibia. To ensure you won't lose items, you need to be using an AOL, the bless will only reduce the death penalty.

What are reputation points? At ExtremeOT we encourage people to be kind and friendly, so we created a reputation system where the best people will be scouted and occasionally rewarded, trying to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, type "/rep" in game to find out more.

How often does the server reset? To date, the server has reset 6 times in 5 years. We don't have a fixed time, but the server can be reset if most active players want it or the server runs out of active players and without resources to stay online. If the server is reset, the points donated will be partially returned to the account after the reset.

Where can I find a particular quest or hunt area? We encourage the game's roleplaying, so there are no full quest location tutorials. If you still insist, you should look for other players, at help channel, look at the web map, visit the forum or the videos section.

What are Event Coins for? These are coins acquired through online bonuses, daily tasks and events. They can be exchanged for VIP points or bossroom mechanics scrolls. Go to the NPC Event Trader and check their offers.

And if I die from lag, am I entitled to compensation? It depends, only if it is something demonstrably general. If only you felt this lag, there is a good chance it was just you, so you will not get any compensation.

My client is bugged, appearance or something. What happens? Before the reset the client was updated. You must delete the current client, delete all contents of the "%APPDATA%\OTClientV8\ExtremeOT" folder and download the latest version of the client from the website.

What do I do if I find a bug on the server? Report it to staff immediately (Using Ctrl + Z in game). Abusing bugs is against server rules and you could be permanently banned. Every bug reported is rewarded (the reward varies depending on the impact of the bug).

My points decreased from one reset to the next, why? To keep the server alive, we always reduce the donation amount with each reset.

What are the numbers that appear in front of the monsters names? The monsters will be respawned and may have a level between 1 and 10, randomly. Each level the monster gains a 10% buff to all its attributes: Damage, life, experience and loot. At level 10, a monster has double (100%) its original attributes and will come with a red skull, indicating its strength. The frequency at which monsters with level appear can be customized, being something rare or being something constant.

What if someone is breaking a server rule like advertisement, bug abuse, etc? You report that player to our staff (Using Ctrl + R in game).
